Having a loved one in active addiction can be traumatic. Personality and behavior changes have a profound effect on the rest of the family.
In this course, you will learn about…
• the disease of addiction
• what has happened to our loved one
• how family members are affected
• why fear-driven control, rescuing, and enabling do not work
• the need to develop healthy communications and boundaries
Recovery is possible for family members, regardless of whether your loved one continues to use substances or enters sobriety.
Participants will be utilizing the Addressing Addiction in the Home workbook, available at OASIS for $12.00.
