Ready for a fresh approach to personal growth? Join us for an introductory workshop led by Alan Katz, author of Creatively Empowering Humans with Quality and Role Card Activities. This no-cost, interactive session blends connection, reflection, and creativity in a way that’s both fun and transformative.

Alan will guide us through interactive exercises that will help us to:

  • Uncover our hidden strengths and qualities
  • Build stronger, more intentional connections with others
  • Shift limiting beliefs and unlock new possibilities

Role cards encourage discussion around the types of roles you choose, and how playing these roles can contribute to individual growth. Whether you’re navigating a challenge or simply looking to grow, these tools offer practical insights you can use again and again.

✨ Bonus: All participants will receive a FREE digital copy of Alan’s book!

📅 Space is limited to 14 people — register below to reserve your spot!

Addiction in the Home

Addiction in the Home

Addiction in the Home

This 6-Week Educational Series has been postponed until Fall 2025.  Dates TBD

Having a loved one in active addiction  can be traumatic. Personality and  behavior changes have a profound effect on the rest of  the family.

In this course, you will learn about…

• the disease of addiction

• what has happened to our loved one

• how family members are affected

• why fear-driven control, rescuing, and enabling do not work

• the need to develop healthy communications and boundaries

Recovery is possible for family members, regardless of whether  your loved one continues to use substances or enters sobriety.

Participants will be utilizing the Addressing Addiction in the Home  workbook, available at OASIS for $12.00.

Facilitated by:  Tina Thomas, CFRS – Family Education & Support
